Privacy policy
This policy explains what TadaMade receives when you create a product preview or continue toward a physical purchase, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
We collect the images and files you choose to send, related file metadata, product and crop selections, and preview activity. If you continue, we may also collect your name, email address, delivery choices, request or order identifiers, and customer-support messages. Payment details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by TadaMade. We may collect limited technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information to analyze artwork, recommend compatible products, prepare production files, generate product previews, preserve an approved crop, provide quotes, support checkout and fulfillment, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting and storage, email, payments, preview generation, production, shipping, security, and customer support, or when required by law. A chosen artwork file may be sent to a production or preview provider to create the result you requested. TadaMade does not create an order or charge merely because a preview is generated.
Retention
Connector handoff files are temporary and are scheduled to expire within one hour. Artwork and request information saved on the TadaMade site are normally retained for up to 30 days so you can review a preview or continue the request, unless a longer period is required for a completed order, dispute, security incident, or legal obligation.
Your choices
You control which file you send and whether to continue after seeing a preview. You may request access to or deletion of personal information associated with your request by contacting orders@trytadamade.com. Include the request number when available. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Security and age
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. TadaMade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to orders@trytadamade.com.
