Terms of use
These terms govern your use of TadaMade’s artwork analysis, product-preview, production-preparation, and physical-product services.

Using TadaMade
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You may use TadaMade only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Your artwork
You retain ownership of artwork you submit. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested product. You grant TadaMade and its service providers a limited license to store, analyze, crop, resize, render, prepare, reproduce, and transmit that artwork only as needed to provide previews, production, fulfillment, security, and support.
Previews and approval
Digital previews are an informed approximation. Color, scale, crop, texture, edge wrapping, material, and screen appearance can differ from a finished physical item. Review the product, crop, and preview carefully before continuing. TadaMade will identify known production blockers rather than represent an unready file as production-ready.
Pricing, checkout, and orders
Prices, taxes, shipping, availability, and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. A preview alone does not create an order or charge. Any page explicitly marked “Sandbox” is a test experience: no real charge or production order is created there.
Custom products and problems
Personalized products may not be resalable, so cancellation and return options can be limited once production begins. The refund, replacement, and cancellation terms shown at the real checkout will control the purchase. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, contact orders@trytadamade.com with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Availability and liability
The service may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, TadaMade is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. TadaMade’s total liability arising from a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as TadaMade changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to orders@trytadamade.com.
